SmileToAI provides AI-powered tools that generate content (text, images, audio, video) from user inputs. The Service is offered via free, paid, and enterprise plans with varying features.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Billing, Payments, and Cancellations
Subscription Plans
- Free plans: limited usage and features.
- Paid plans: additional credits and premium features.
- Enterprise plans: custom solutions and dedicated support (contact us).
Billing
Fees are billed in advance monthly or annually and auto-renew unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Pricing Changes
We may change prices with at least thirty (30) days’ notice.
Cancellations
You may cancel anytime in account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no refunds or partial credits.
Intellectual Property & Content Rights

Your Inputs
You retain ownership of content you provide ("Inputs"). You grant us a limited license to process Inputs solely to provide and improve the Service.
Generated Content (Outputs)
You own the content generated from your Inputs ("Outputs"). Outputs may not be unique; similar content may be generated for other users.
License to Use Our Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service during your subscription. It ends upon termination.
Your License to Use Generated Content
You have a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute Outputs for any purpose, including commercial use.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or offensive content.
- Violate laws or infringe intellectual property.
- Impersonate others.
- Generate spam or intentionally misleading information.
- Share credentials or resell access.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass security or usage limits.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, non-payment, or misuse. Upon termination, your access ends immediately.
Service Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies; review carefully. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or originality of materials.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmileToAI and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including data loss, profit loss, or business interruption) arising from use or inability to use the Service.
Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms. We will give at least thirty (30) days’ notice of material changes by posting or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Poland for disputes.
